We successfully help insurers help their customers by digitizing claim processes. At the moment we support 26 insurance companies in four countries across Europe. Using one or more of our solutions the insurance company processes efficiency, automation, and optimized end-customer experience.
To continue our journey we are now looking for a Senior UX Designer, who sees new user possibilities where others just keep on the current track. Your sole goal is to improve customer journeys by optimizing UX through the design of new products or optimizing existing ones.
You will be part of a dynamic and committed team whose most important task is to drive the development of new innovative functionalities for our customers and ensure that our systems work as intended.
What kind of geek are you?
At Scalepoint, you will meet other geeks. They love to go to work – just like you. We’ll be looking forward to working with you. Especially if you possess the following skills:
- Strong UX skills
- Experience with prototyping and testing
- Great at visualizing a customer journey
- Expert in using design programs – e.g. Figma
- Curiosity beyond – keeping yourself updated on the latest trends and technologies within UI/UX
- Fluency in written and spoken Danish and English.
We imagine that you have a relevant education within design/UX and have a minimum of 5 years of working experience within this area. As a person, you bring your creativity into play. You are driven by customer needs and have a proactive attitude toward getting stakeholder and customer input to improve areas. And you can parse high loads of information in Danish and English.
What to dive into
Focus on how to optimize the product and the process for the end-user.
Conduct field experiments and interviews of users to substantiate updates before they are built.
Analyze product feedback from customers.
Set up usability tests.
Track satisfaction with changes and advice on potential adjustments after releases.
Organize and carry out workshops to include product owner/manager in trends.
