Aiming for new heights
At Scalepoint, we aim for the stars. Our ambition is clear: we want to conquer the world! We help insurers help their customers, and we currently support 25 insurers across four European countries.

We're now looking for a Student Assistant to join our Customer Success Department as a Service Delivery Analyst. In this role, you'll be fully integrated into the team, with your own areas of responsibility. You'll produce data and analysis used directly in collaboration with our customers and engage with a wide range of internal stakeholders.

Teamwork, knowledge sharing, and having fun at work are central to how we operate in Service Delivery. Our culture is informal and open – we enjoy solving challenges together and take pride in supporting one another. You’ll also be part of a collaborative and innovative environment where your contributions make a real difference.
What kind of talent are you?
We imagine you are studying a degree in Economics, Business, or a related field and are seeking hands-on experience alongside your studies. Ideally, you’re in your 2nd or 3rd year of your Bachelor’s and are able to commit to 15-20 hours per week, with flexibility during exam periods.

We're excited to meet you if you:
  • Have strong analytical skills and a structured approach to tasks
  • Are confident working with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Have a service-minded, positive attitude
  • Communicate clearly and effectively (in Danish and English)
  • Can work independently and take initiative
  • Are curious by nature and not afraid to challenge the status quo
What to dive into
As a Student Assistant in Service Delivery, you'll help service our customers by:
  • Maintaining and delivering standard customer reports
  • Analyzing product usage and identifying opportunities for optimization
  • Supporting operational and tactical activities (e.g. status meetings, performance reviews, and service meetings)
  • Monitoring service level agreements to ensure contractual compliance
Would you like to join the journey?

Before you answer this question, let us emphasize that we will support your need to succeed. We’ll also pair you with a buddy who will be there to help and support you beyond onboarding. You can expect a warm welcome from your colleagues and learn more about your role and the Scalepoint culture.

About us

Scalepoint spirit in everyday life
Come as you are. That’s how we prefer it. You can easily leave dress codes, permanent lunch buddies, and corporate business attitudes at home. Our office is filled with kudos and high fives – and we believe that everyone is doing their best.

We have employees from 11 nationalities across our offices in Copenhagen, Poland and Switzerland. 63% of us ride a cycle to work. 42% eat vegetarian meals during lunch. 38% are parents. And 52% don't regularly work out. But our sport and events team tries to keep us moving by offering activities such as climbing, mountain biking, running and padel tennis. However, we cannot change the fact that we have a very generous attitude to sweets and cake. But that’s ok; there's a lot to celebrate at Scalepoint.

We look forward to hearing from you!
