Aiming for new heights
At Scalepoint, we successfully help insurers help their customers. We support 26 insurers across five countries in Europe.
As the current person in the role is going on new adventures, we now have an open position for an IT Support Specialist. You’ll be joining a scale-up company focused on continuous growth, where we keep things personal and simple—and you’ll be coming in at an exciting time! Several new Scalepointers have recently joined in various roles, including our new Head of Digital Workplace, who will also be your manager.
In this role, you will mainly be supporting your new colleagues with technical issues, managing on- and offboarding's, maintaining meeting rooms including conferencing equipment, purchasing hardware such as laptops and mobile phones, and help maintain systems owned and support by Digital Workspace.
The Digital Workspace department is part of IT Operations. There is a lot of overlap in responsibilities and management of systems, so we work closely with our colleagues from DevOps and Security Operations to ensure the best possible support and end-user experience for all Scalepoint employees.
You’ll have a hands-on role in the daily IT operations and we want you to contribute with your experience and knowledge. If you have a good idea, if you notice something we could be doing better, or simply if you would like to try something new or doing something differently, we want to know and if it makes sense, help make it happen.
Collaboration and having fun at work are core values. Combining and sharing our knowledge and experiences creates a strong and good work environment. Our culture is informal and open—we’re not afraid to address challenges head-on, and we take pride in what we deliver. We enjoy being together in the office, but we also value flexibility, including the option to work from home.
What kind of talent are you?
We’re a bunch of passionate people who genuinely enjoy what we do—and we hope you do too. If you’re someone who thrives in a team, loves solving problems, and enjoys making things work better for others, we’d be excited to meet you!
Most haves:
Minimum of 5 years experience supporting end-users
You enjoy helping the user and understand that good support is not solely based on resolving the technical issues as fast as possible
Experience working with Windows 11 and macOS (we are currently about 70/30%)
Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Teams, and Sharepoint
Maintaining meeting rooms and conferencing hardware (we use Microsoft Teams with Yealink)
Experience managing users and groups in Microsoft Entra ID
Are familiar with tools like Windows Services, Modern Workplace, Autopilot, Intune, and Access Management
You work in a structured manner and can prioritise tickets
Can write process and technical documentation (no one likes it, but we all have to do it)
You are curious and looking for the next step in your career with the desire to grow your skills
The company language is English, so professional level is required
These are plusses:
Experience with Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro
Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (future migration project)
Good Danish language skills. While the company language is English, the majority of employees are native Danish speakers and will often reach out to Digital Workspace in their native language
New ideas and a fresh perspective on how to do things
If you don’t tick every box but still feel like this role sounds right for you—don’t hold back. What matters most to us is your mindset, your willingness to learn, and your drive to make a difference.
Would you like to join the journey?
The people at Scalepoint have a lot of spirit and we enjoy spending time together not only when we work but also through social activities. Besides our Friday bars and larger parties, our Scalepoint Sport & Events committee arranges events like Go-kart racing and Urban High Roping.
Are you ready to jump on our ride? Submit your application and CV as soon as possible. We will review the applications and conduct interviews continuously.
