Therefore, we are now looking for skilled and passionate .NET developers for a product engineering team for PolicyCORE in Copenhagen, who are eager to build robust and scalable solutions that make a difference for our customers and their users.

What kind of geek are you?
We are seeking .NET developers with the following skills and experience:
- Technical Expertise: Solid experience with .NET and C#. Familiarity with technologies such as ASP.NET Core, EF Core, RabbitMQ, Docker, Kubernetes, and SQL is an advantage. In addition, we also maintain a legacy system built on .NET Framework 4.8. While not all tasks will involve legacy code, some development and maintenance work will be in this environment.
- Architectural Understanding: Ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions suitable for distributed cloud-native architecture.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify effective solutions to complex challenges.
- Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Passion for Technology: A keen interest in staying updated on the latest technologies and tools within .NET and software development.
- Work location: We prefer candidates who can mainly work onsite at our Copenhagen office, with flexible arrangements. However, if you’re the right fit for the role, we’re open to discussing working remote.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience or familiarity with the financial or insurance sector in Denmark is considered a strong advantage, as it will help you quickly understand the domain and user needs. However, it is not a requirement — we value your technical skills and ability to learn fast just as highly.
- Language skills: We prefer Danish language skills on native level or high professional level.
What to dive into
As a .NET developer at Scalepoint, you will play a central role in the development of our SaaS solutions. Your tasks will include:
- Application Development:Building and maintaining .NET-based solutions using modern technologies such as ASP.NET Core, EF Core, RabbitMQ, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- You will also contribute to maintaining and evolving our legacy system built on .NET Framework 4.8, which continues to support critical business processes.
- Modular Architecture: Designing and implementing solutions based on a modular architecture, ensuring each module is scalable, independent, and seamlessly integrates with the overall system.
- Integrations: Developing and maintaining integrations with internal and external systems and services via REST APIs.
- Architecture and Scalability: Contributing to designing and implementing solutions that ensure high performance and reliability.
- Quality Assurance: Writing unit tests and integration tests to ensure high code quality and stability.
- Collaboration: Working closely with product owners, architects, and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
You will be part of a cross-functional project setup with multiple agile teams working toward a shared product vision. We work iteratively and value close collaboration across roles – from developers and designers to product owners and business consultants. You’ll be involved in shaping solutions from early discovery to implementation, with a strong focus on user needs, technical feasibility, and business value.
