We are looking for a Controller who can help us strengthen our financial foundation through data accuracy, process optimisation, and more efficient use of financial systems.
Scalepoint is a SaaS company in growth, that provides claims management solutions and software solutions to some of Europe’s leading insurance companies.
Through our digital platforms, we help insurers support their customers when they need it most — and we do it well! Today, we collaborate with 26 insurance companies across four European countries to ensure a fast and seamless claims handling process.
What kind of talent are you?
You are a
structured, data-driven and analytical finance professional, who thrive in a role, where enhancing transparency through improvement and automation of financial processes and systems is a key focus.
We imagine that you have experience with:
- Data and systems (Microsoft Excel (incl. SQL, BI tools, Navision and/or Business Central)
- Financial controls and reconciliations
- Process optimisation and automation
- Month-end and year-end closing
- Accounting principles (incl. IFRS)
- VAT and tax
- Budgeting and forecasting
You will join an engaged Finance team of six colleagues where collaboration and knowledge sharing are key.

What to dive into
You will have a role spanning both business controlling and financial controlling, with a strong focus on data and systems, including:
- Driving automation initiatives and building structure for better data integrity and reporting
- Delivering timely and accurate financial data and insights for reporting
- Taking part in ensuring a smooth and precise month-end closing through analyses and reconciliations
- Participating in the year-end processes and auditor dialogue
- Strengthening internal controls and compliance
- Taking part in the budgeting process incl. forecasting and variance analyses
- Owning parts of our ongoing Business Central implementation and driving improvements across finance systems
- Preparing cash flow, KPI and margin analyses
