What We Value and Need
- Tech Know-How: Experienced or familiar working with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Conditional Access, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Jamf Pro, 1Password, Confluence, Jira, Windows, MacOS, Android, and iOS. Bonus if you know AD Manager, Yealink, Desktop Central, Defender for Endpoint, PowerShell, or vendor management.

- Organized: You juggle tasks, document your work, and know how to prioritize and keep things structured.
- Team Player: You lead by example and have a helpful attitude.
- Communicator: You share ideas clearly with your team and stakeholders. English is our company language, but Danish isa must too.
- Experience& Background: 5+years’overall experience with a relevant educational background and at least 3 years’ experience as a team leader or manager.

What You’ll Do
Team Management: Own the end-user experience for devices and IT support. Lead, coach, and develop two IT Support Specialists in Copenhagen. Your main goal: improve the internal digital experience of all colleagues and ensure we have the right tools and services.
Tech Projects: Support employees on devices, internal tools, access management, etc. Build and maintain device enrolments in Intune and Jamf Pro. Plan and manage the migration of all Windows devices from a legacy hybrid mobile device management environment to a cloud-based Intune setup. Take full ownership of Jamf Pro.
Optimize & Automate: Help standardize hardware, centralize software and license management, and simplify vendor setups. Work closely with SecOps and Platform Engineering to optimize our stack and automate processes.
Daily Operations: Troubleshoot, maintain the roadmap, plan and implement solutions, and keep our IT support processes sharp.
