What We Value and Need
You’ll play a hands-on role in managing and improving our internal IT environment. Your responsibilities include:
Handling daily IT operations and resolving technical issues
Managing on-/offboarding and user lifecycle administration
Maintaining meeting rooms and AV/conferencing equipment
Purchasing, configuring, and managing hardware (laptops, phones, etc.)
Administering and maintaining systems owned by Digital Workspace
Working closely with Security Operations within Risk & Compliance
The role is split approximately 50/50 between system administration tasks and hands-on end-user support.

Must haves:10+ years of systems administration experience
5+ years of building deployments and software packages in Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro
Strong experience with Windows 11 and macOS (approx. 70/30 split)
Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint
Experience managing users and groups in Microsoft Entra ID
Familiarity with tools like Windows Services, Autopilot, Intune, Modern Workplace, and Access Management
Ability to priorities and handle tickets effectively
Ability to write clear technical and process documentation
Professional-level English
Nice-to-haves
Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (upcoming migration)
Experience with Zero Trust Network Access (upcoming migration)
Danish language skills
New ideas and a continuous-improvement mindset
